St Paul’s Congregational Address Book

We are in the process of updating the Congregational Address Book that we produce periodically so that members of St Paul’s congregation can keep in touch with each other. The address book is only handed out to members of the congregation who are listed in it. Copies are not distributed to anyone else or passed to any third parties. Data that you give us is stored on a secure database and not shared with anyone without your permission.

If you were listed in the last book, produced in 2024, please put your name, note any changes and digitally sign the form below. You need to renew your permission and won’t be included if we don’t get a form from you.
