Steve is our Rector, he has been at St Paul’s since 2011, and he is married to Angie and has 2 sons, Samuel and Joel.

Steve’s responsibilities include leading worship, teaching and preaching. He is passionate about seeing people come to faith, grow in their faith and walking alongside them as they seek to draw closer to God and experience His great love for them. His hobbies include running, swimming, time with family, and reading books (a John Grisham fan). He would love to be able to play the piano but can’t! Steve enjoys cooking and he’s a former pastry chef. He is also Rector of the Oadby and Great Glen Benefice which includes St Peter’s Oadby, St Cuthbert’s Great Glen, St Andrew’s Burton Overy and St Mary the Virgin Carlton Curlieu. He is also an Assistant Archdeacon in the Leicester Diocese.

Felicity Wilson

Children, Youth and Families worker

Felicity is our children, youth and families worker. She is married to Tom and they have two children. She loves sharing the Bible in creative ways and seeing children and young people grow in their faith.
Her hobbies include knitting and sewing, baking, listening to podcasts and walking in the countryside.
She started in the role at St Paul’s in 2026. She has led children’s ministry in several churches since 2008, alongside other roles working with children and young people.

Favourite Bible verse: “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Graham Neville

Operations Manager / Administrator

Graham is our Operations Manager & Administrator and has been in the post since July 2022.

He is married to Rosie and has been a committed Christian for over 34 years. As well as being part of the St. Paul’s staff, Graham is a member of Oadby Baptist Church where he leads their Premises Team. He has been part of church ‘tech teams’ for over 40 years.

In his spare time, Graham is a keen photographer and is a committee member of two photographic societies. He is also a keen camper and has a love of the outdoors and creation.
